North American tour Begins!!

Our visas have been approved and we're on our way! There will be no further show cancelations/postponements other than those already announced! (See these below!). Victoria & Seattle - we'll seeing you this weekend!!!
We want to say a heartfelt apology to everyone who has been affected by the changes – especially those who have traveled. They were caused by a bureaucratic process completely beyond our control and have been extremely frustrating for everyone involved. Sorry!

Vancouver - POSTPONED Until Monday 7/12
Our Vancouver performance is rescheduled to this Monday 12th July. Anyone with a ticket to the original show can now use it for free entry on Monday! Make sure you get there early to guarantee entry! Doors open 8:00pm. Door sales available for $20 until such time as the show is sold out.
(Unfortunately we won’t be joined by Katchafire for this show)

Tofino: 7/9 – CANCELLED
The Tofino show has been canceled. Full ticket refunds are now available from the place of purchase (excl any booking fees).
Although we can’t yet confirm an exact date, we promise we’ll come back and make it up to you!

Whistler – POSTPONED Until Tuesday 7/13.
The Whistler show is re-scheduled to next Tuesday July 13th at the Garibaldi Lift Co.
Anyone with a original show ticket can now use it for free entry on Tuesday. But get there early to guarantee entry! Doors open 8:00pm.
Anyone with an original ticket and can’t attend the new date, please visit the Garibaldi Lift Company Box office to get a full refund (excluding any booking fees). We're sorry & hope this hasn’t caused too much inconvenience!

European/UK tour dates 2010!!

We’re excited to announce our 2010 European tour dates for this coming August.

 

The 8-show tour will include festival performances at The Big Chill (UK), Juicy Beats (Germany), and Sudoeste (Portugal), and club shows in Paris, London, Berlin, Karlsruhe, & Amsterdam.

AUSTRALIAN TOUR ANNOUNCED FOR MARCH 2010

 

Having just completed a standout performance at the 'Days Like This' Festival in Sydney, New Zealand reggae-soul heavyweights The Black Seeds announce a 5-show Australian tour this March, 2010. 

 

Their first full Australian tour since 2008, The Black Seeds have been well and truly spreading their unique brand of reggae around the globe in recent years with numerous European festival tours, and the successful North American release of Solid Ground last year with top U.S label Easy Star Records, supported by a 12-show tour.

 

Described by Clash Magazine as ‘one of the best live reggae acts on the planet', The Black Seeds bring the raw energy and good vibes wherever they go with a legendary 8-piece live show that delivers a boundary-crossing fusion of big-beat funk, dub, soul, afro-beat, mixed with vintage roots-reggae.

 

The March tour supports the Australian release of latest single ‘Love Is a Radiation', off the platinum-selling Solid Ground. A new limited edition live album The Black Seeds Live: Vol 1 will also be available exclusively at the live shows or @ www.theblackseedsmerch.com.
